Daily Workout Routine (NO WEIGHTS NEEDED)

If you have read my last blog about my Healthy Habits, I'm sharing to you guys my daily workout routine. No need for equipments. Your yoga mat will be your best friend! Plus your body weight!
60 Jumping Jacks
60 Squats
55 Jumping Jacks
55 Full plank
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Half plank
45 Jumping jacks
45 Back plank
40 Jumping Jacks
40 Side plank (40 secs each) + Side lying leg lift (20 reps each)
35 Jumping Jacks
35 Squats
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Full plank
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Half plank
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Side plank (25 secs each) + Side leg raise (20 reps each)
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Back plank
30 secs Cobra stretch
12 reps, 3 sets Ab roller (if available)
*I'm still working on doing the full ab roller workout, because it's not for beginners. It focuses mostly on your core. This hurts, girl.*
Just rest for 10-15 seconds after every workout, to maintain your heart rate. This will help you burn more calories. ;)
If you have questions, feel free to message me. Disclaimer: I'm not a professional fitness guru or what. Hahaha. If you feel you can do more, you can always improvise and add more sets or reps.
