Blogging Challenge Day 20 : What Makes Me Happy

Today is Saturday!
Thank you Lord for blessing me a new day!

As I've seen the latest update on the closed roads all over the vicinity, I realized I'm stuck here in Tarlac. I don't want to risk going home and pass all checkpoints along the way. Also, almost all of the tollgates are already closed so if ever, I would have to drive the old road just to make it home.

Last night, I stayed up late with Anju. He started teaching me guitar lessons because I remember when we started dating, he loved playing the guitar. The first time I saw him was during Shay's 18th birthday, and he was the guitarist while his classmate sang "Ako'y Sayo at Ika'y Akin Lamang". I think I'll blog this some other time on how we met properly. hihi

We woke up early today, past 7 in the morning. But then, we fell asleep again and up by 1 in the afternoon. Once we got up, Anju was back in his guitar and tried perfecting "You're still the one". Boy, you made me fall in love all over again. Our stomachs were empty, so we prepared toasts and eggs for brunch at 2 in the afternoon. After eating, we went back to our own routines. Anju went to attend his "gaming" hobby, while I was video calling with my PF.

And now, as I continue this Blogging Challenge which is already the 20th day, I'm questioning myself, what really makes me happy?

On my blog, 25 Questions About Myself, this question was already mentioned, and these were my three answers:

>Effort
>Seeing my loved ones happy =)
>Travel!!

Adding these to the list:
- Exploring new places
- If my efforts are appreciated
- Try new food
- Treating my family to somewhere fancy
- Buying some of my sisters' needs if possible
- My daily brunch with my Bebu
- Catch-up with PF and talk about life
- Drinking session with my friends
- Sponty trips and endless FMK convos with MMMM
- Music, movies, books
- Food trip
- Workout bonding session

Yes, I admit I've got a long list on what me happy. So while we are all stuck in each houses amidst this pandemic crisis, let's pause for a while and reflect to think on the bright side. More time to ourselves, more time with our families and loved ones. But also, we must not forget the others who are suffering right now. Praying to the Almighty that He continues to bless the frontliners for doing their bests on their jobs.

I know you're not used to staying at home for days, even weeks. What keeps you occupied these days? Aside from the trending "Tiktok" and Netflix, what else? Share it to us!

That's it for Day 20!
I hope you all stay healthy and safe.

Take care,
Kreng
