Blogging Challenge Day 14 : Three Healthy Habits
Hello!
I had a hard time in thinking of healthy habits. I would write get enough sleep, but for me itself, is not applicable. Hahahaha! So here's my 3 Healthy Habits:
3 Healthy Habits
1. Sweat it out
- Studies say that exercise at least thrice a week, but actually I'm doing it more because I've got a lot of time. HEHE. Also, exercising releases endorphins. Endorphins trigger a positive feeling in our bodies.
2. Drink your water, b*tch (Thanks for the reminder, Mimiyuuh)
- Recommended is 8 glasses of water a day, but the more water intake, the better. Drinking water has a lot of benefits to us. It boosts our skin health. It regulates our body temperature. It helps flush our body wastes, toxins, and a lot more.

3. A healthy mind is a healthy you.
- I believe that being healthy starts with the mind. Refrain from overthinking because overthinking will just lead to frustration, anxiety, and even depression. Avoid thinking too much on the what ifs, rather focus on the what is.
HEALTHY BODY + HEALTHY MIND = HAPPY LIFE
There has been a lot of positive happenings these past few weeks, so if you have noticed the transition of my mood in my blogs. I wouldn't feel better without the help of my friends who did bear with me through my lowest point in my life. I will be forever thankful to these people.
