GRATITUDE

Yesterday, Mama (Bebu's mother) surprised me with a gift. At first, I didn't (couldn't) believe that this bag was for me. To be honest, I am not used to receiving gifts because I'm always the one that gives gifts. I felt emotional. I had this huge clump in my chest and I just had to let go. So tears started falling. BUT these are not tears of pain, rather TEARS OF JOY. I know it's just a bag, but when I receive a gift, I am that person who'll be sentimental and treasure it for years. This year, I decided to lessen my expectations or anything. Is it just me or it is because I'm getting older? Lol. I celebrated my birthday weekend with nothing fancy, but with my good friends.

2020 is full of ups and downs for me. First months of the year were my lowest points in my life, but at the mid of the year, I was able to have a nice job. With a lot of negative events happened all throughout the year, I am still thankful for a lot things. I'm thankful to God for being with me at my darkest times. I'm thankful to my Anju. I'm thankful to Bea for always listening to me. I'm thankful to my MMMMM. Lastly, I'm thankful to have my family.
