THE COMEBACK IS ALWAYS STRONGER THAN THE SETBACK
Looking back at the photos that were taken last 2019, I know that I moved on already but still.. I could feel the pain. I think this is just normal. In order for us to get over something is to accept that it happened for a reason. A good friend of mine once said that what I went through is a chapter in my life that I would never forget. It's a reminder and a living testament of my struggles and breakdowns, but more importantly, my healing. It's not bad to look back, but that year would serve as a point of comparison to every thing that is happening to my life. It was my turning point to be a stronger individual. Let's not linger on the past, and let those memories serve as life lessons and be a guide to our future.
I admit that it was really painful, yet I gained a handful of learnings. If I would encounter another set of struggles, I know that I'm stronger now and would be prepared to face them with the aid of my family, friends and of course, God. 😊 I was quite hesitant on posting this one, but maybe I can inspire others who are experiencing depression and anxiety especially during this pandemic time.
January - March 2020
I don't want to put more details about this one. lol
I'm not totally okay, but I can say that I'm feeling much better today. I just have to continue healing, loving, accepting, and improving myself.
I believe in this saying "The comeback is always stronger than the setback." No matter how deep we fall, we will always come back stronger! Observe your life pattern. We may stumble down, but somehow, we will rise again eventually. See? Life is full of ups and downs. So get ready on the next turn of events, and I hope you are prepared in all aspects.
Stay well and safe,
Kreng
