Out of nowhere, I've just decided to write my TRAVEL LIST. If travelling will be considered as passion, I guess that's mine.

2012

Singapore | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

November 2012

- It was my first time to travel via an airplane! This was an educational trip. I remember that this was kind of traumatic. Departure day came and everyone was already at the airport, but then, the travel agent told us that we were only chance passengers. That's why, half of the class was left behind at the airport. The school had a problem with the travel agency. After 2 nights, our instructor told me that I still had no return ticket. Then, I told my parents about the situation. Almost everyone of us panicked. I cried myself to sleep that night. Thanks to our tourist guide. She assisted us in booking that return flight. Also, after legal actions, the travel agency luckily gave the refund of the ones who didn't push through.

2015

Hongkong | Macau, China

May 2015

- Last April 2015, I finished college. This trip was a graduation gift of my Tito Ranie and Tita Leni to me. They booked a tour package. We had so much fun. We laughed about silly things almost all the time. The best part was the breakfast buffet at our hotel. We ate a lot!!! Yum!!

Boracay, Aklan

December 2015

- For this one, I was with my college buddies (Gio and Krista). At that time, Gio was my workmate. We were just paid below minimum. More likely, we were apprentices prior to our board exam. I remember that Gio lend me money so that I can join them. I still couldn't believe how we were able to afford that trip. Hahaha! It was memorable, because our flight was Mnl-Kalibo and vice versa. It was kind of a hassle. From Kalibo, a 3-hour bus ride to Caticlan. At that time, there was still no P2P existing, so commuting from Manila to Pampanga at 11 in the evening was exhausting!! I arrived at my apartment around 3 in the morning. Sinumpa ko na kung babalik ako ng Boracay, hindi na sa Kalibo, at hindi na sa Manila!!! Thank goodness, there are already flights from Clark to Caticlan. Once you have arrived at Caticlan, you just have to walk a few distances or ride a tricycle on the way to the port. Then, ride a jetty to Boracay island. Yaaas! (Sana kasama ko si Bebu, he just took the board exam.)

2016

Boracay, Aklan

August 2016

- This trip was Bebu's first plane ride. Meanwhile, together with my college buddies, Gio and Krista, it was our second time to visit Boracay. We just decided to book this trip while reviewing for our board exams. Same with the last Bora trip, we were just undergraduates preparing for the exams, still depending on our allowances. But, we made it!! I will never forget that time that our flight was boarding. We didn't hear the last call of passengers, because we were so late. We were stuck in traffic, even though we were just coming from Avida San Lazaro. We talked to the airline staff, and happily, they still allowed us to board that plane!! Hahahaha!

Bacolod | Iloilo | Guimaras

March 2017

- First solo trip with my Bebu. I just passed the board exams at that time and waiting for my oath taking.  Funny thing, in Guimaras, we rented a boat and it was just the two us. We got the whole boat to ourselves. The waves were restless and we felt like we're in a rollercoaster ride. I was scared but bahala na!! Legit Inasal na Manok, we will come back for you!! We will visit again, if we will be given the opportunity.

Boracay, Aklan

November 2017

- This was a trip with Bebu's family except his dad. Days before this trip, we were supposedly in Cebu, but we cancelled it off because I was not yet a regular employee. That was also my birthday trip. Hinding-hindi ako magsasawa sa'yo, Boracay.

Taiwan

March 2018

- This was PF's first international trip together. Abby had her luck in booking us all a cheap roundtrip ticket. That was almost a year of planning. We were all so excited for this trip! This was very memorable. Foodtrip, photo sessions, getting lost at Taichung, our fancy airbnb, epic towel, the missing pocket wifi, and many more! Gaaaah!! I can't get enough of this.  There are a lot of stories to tell! Months after this trip, we were still sepanx! Huhuhu. I wish PF will be complete in our next trip if ever with our jowas. Hehehe

Coron, Palawan

May 2018

- My bestfriend, Shay, was going to visit the Philippines. So we planned this trip ahead together with Bebu's friends. It was a labor day weekend. Coron is a gem! I want to visit this again, but first, I will see El nido.

Hongkong | Macau, China

November 2018

- First international trip with Bebu. For this one, we were with my dad, and my two sisters, Cza and Cath. This was dad's first time to travel overseas. Then, tumaas ang prisyon. Thank you to Cza, she was the one who sacrificed to take care of dad.

Port Barton, Palawan

May 2019

- Booking for summer with my friends had became a tradition. This was also a labor day weekend. Also, Carl came home from the states. We just had to plan for an outing. Port Barton was an underrated place, but its islands were majestic!!! 

Cebu

August 2019

- I just scored this flight during Cebu Pac's Christmas 2018 Seat Sale for only PHP 850 per pax roundtrip already! Cebu was okay, but for us, we don't want to go back here. Hehe. Maybe next time, we will visit Southern Cebu, but that will be our last in the list! 

Shanghai, China

October 2019

 - This was our anniversary trip. I didn't expect that I will love Shanghai! I can't get enough of this one. After this trip, I was looking for seat sales to Shanghai or Beijing to be honest. But then, corona virus came up. Hopefully, I will visit again the beautiful city of Shanghai.

Dumaguete

November 2019

- The last travel for the year. Aside from the spontaneous trips to Baguio. I booked this trip as a birthday treat to myself. It felt really nice and amazing to spend my birthday on a new place with my Bebu.

Siargao

January 2020

- Frankly, I wasn't prepared for this trip. I had just finalized my decision a few hours before the flight. I grabbed some clothes, a bikini and some necessities. Thanks to Bea for understanding my reasons for coming to this trip! It was my first time to visit Siargao. Infairness, this island had so much to offer. Next time, I will visit this place with Bebu.

And that's it. I prefer investing more on experiences, specifically, travels, rather buying material things. You feel me? Just wait for my future travels this 2020!
